Would you like to feel less overwhelmed and learn ways to manage stress more effectively?

This is a 6 week group programme for women who want to learn more about the benefits of mindfulness and how to use it in the management of stress and overwhelm.

With so much happening in the world, and at such a fast pace, more of us find ourselves feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. Without support, and lacking the tools to help us manage these feelings, we can quickly begin to feel isolated and afraid which then further perpetuates this cycle of worry.

Whilst there are many things that are out of our control, we do have the ability to control our responses to difficult and challenging situations. When we feel equipped with greater knowledge about how the mind and body react to stress and when we have a toolkit on hand to manage stress and overwhelm, we can build resilience and improve our health and wellbeing.
